Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Garage Door Experts of Philadelphia ("we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling a service, using our website, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Garage Door Experts of Philadelphia provides residential and commercial garage door services including, but not limited to:

Garage door installation and replacement

Garage door repair (springs, cables, openers, panels, tracks)

Preventative maintenance and tune-ups

Emergency garage door services

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed service window.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided prior to service are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change upon inspection.

Final pricing will be communicated before work begins. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen issues discovered during service.

All pricing is in U.S. dollars.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at time of service.

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection proceedings.

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service.

Parts and products may carry manufacturer warranties, which will be passed on to the customer where applicable.

Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Door Experts of Philadelphia shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, supply chain issues, etc.).

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and the issue requiring service.

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.

Keep children and pets away from the work area during service.

Disclose any known hazards or structural issues relevant to the work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Garage Door Experts of Philadelphia and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
